City Lights is based on Don't Drink and Drive Campaign. It follows the Point of view shot of a drunk, who is driving and looking at the lights on the road. He is getting mesmerized by the lights getting converted to moving dots.
Its a one-shot-no-cut movie.
It took over 15 rounds on the road on to get the focus and unfocus of the automatic camera right, so that the lights on the street would get converted to moving dots giving blurred effect and a clear picture at very exact time.
